Muddy pictures!

4P's first day at Arethusa

Once we arrived, we had fun trying to make our beds! We had a tour of the facilities before a lovely hot lunch. After lunch, we went swimming - we had lots of fun splashing around! We dried off and went for a woodland adventure walk, we got very muddy, as you can see!

Return of 4V and 4Z

Day 2 - 4V, 4Z and Class A

After a few hours sleep (for some!), we enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast.

It was still snowing so we all had to wrap up warm for another day of adventurous activities.

We even managed to play in the snow and bombarded Miss Venn and Mrs Bruce with a shower of snowballs.

4V enjoyed some time inside, playing initiative games where they had to use their brains and teamwork skills to solve problems.

4Z prepared to climb the high ropes and take the 'leap of faith'!

After a busy morning, it was time for another tasty, filling lunch.

Shelter building was another activity enjoyed by both classes.  We were knee-deep in mud - sorry, the washing machine will be working overtime!

The climbing wall proved a challenge, well done to all those who made it to the top.

After a tiring day, and another swimming session, we were all ready for our final meal of the day.

We are now off to sit around the campfire to sing some songs before bed.  We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow!  Love from 58 tired children (and 6 exhausted adults!) x
