We have arrived in snowy Medway and have enjoyed an exciting day of activities.
Firstly, upon our arrival, we were greeted by our leaders who showed us around the site and demonstrated how to make our beds!
Once we were settled in, we enjoyed a lovely hot lunch before embarking on our first adventure of the day.
The woodland walk proved challenging, through extremely muddy conditions and blizzard-like snow, but luckily we were wrapped up really warm and were prepared for all the mud.
Our clothes are now hanging to dry ready for more exploring tomorrow. To warm ourselves up, we followed the walk with a fun swimming session in the huge pool.
After a delicious, hot dinner and a trip to the shop, we are now all settled watching a dvd.
Hot chocolate and biscuits are to follow, before we all snuggle down for the night. We are very much looking forward to the adventures that await us tomorrow!
